The Products shall be subject to manufacturer’s, and distributor’s (supplier) terms and conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and DeNoise India Private Limited does not accept any responsibility for the same. The buyer will have to undertake all warranty issues directly with the manufacturer’s, distributor’s or dealers warranty department and will have to bear all transportation costs and other expenses to deliver and collect the item under warranty. Hifibuy.in also does not accept any responsibility for the usage of the Products by the User.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall DeNoise India Private Limited, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.  DeNoise India Private Limited, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. The Courts in Trivandrum will have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or DeNoise India Private Limited. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. DeNoise India Private Limited may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, Such termination will be without any liability to DeNoise India Private Limited.
